You know as well as anyone that there's often a gap between what we tell patients to do and what they actually do in their daily lives. There’s also a challenge in being able to hold them accountable and keep them on track with their health plans. But you know that if there was time to do some hand-holding, your patients would see better results and outcomes in treatment, right?

Studies show that health coaching can significantly improve how well patients stick to their treatment plans and make lifestyle changes. I'm not here to play doctor though, my role is to guide them along your plan, spend time with them to ensure they are confident in the approach, and determine how best we can support their body with tailored nutrition plans.
As a health coach, I serve as a bridge between your expert medical advice and your patients' real-world habits and lifestyle. Here’s how I can help:
1. Reinforce your guidance: I'll help patients understand and act on your recommendations. I don’t give medical advice, but take time to help the patient truly understanding the “why",” which improves patient compliance.
2. Keep patients accountable: Regular check-ins to keep patients motivated and on track; making progress towards desired outcomes.
3. Tackle lifestyle factors: We'll work on stress, nutrition, sleep, fitness, limited beliefs that affect mental wellness, life fulfillment - all those things that hugely impact health but are tough to address in your medical visits.
4. Get patients more involved: When patients are engaged, they're more likely to stick with their treatment plans. This collaborative environment provides a sense of ownership and control for the patient
5. Save you time: I'll handle the day-to-day support, allowing you to focus on the medical side of things, all the while keeping you updated with patient charting for review prior to their next visit.
